Completed
Retained by Prime Consultant (Kasian Architects Interior Designers & Planners), the project goal was to develop the applied design concepts for the Outpatient Clinic and Administration Services areas.
St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Petrus Hall. View of the entire new building’s north side as seen from across the parking lot.

St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Petrus Hall

Phase One consists of a full-sized gymnasium with courts that can host basketball, volleyball and badminton games. The hall also includes a theatrical stage and a commercial kitchen with a seating capacity of 643 for banquets and 1,013 for larger assemblies.
Stonewall Heritage Arts Centre New Build

Stonewall Heritage Arts Centre

Out of rubble comes hope. The Town of Stonewall was devastated by a fire that destroyed the visitor centre. The interpretive centre pays homage to this. The simplistic form of the two-storey structure echoes the strength, beauty and elegance of the tyndall stone masses surrounding the site.
Delta 9. Looking across the clean and white retail space with its glass cabinets.

Delta 9

Completed
A crisp and clean white canvas provided the backdrop for the welcoming, warm wood finishes and the bright blue color of the D9 brand. The design of each retail store includes an informal client consultation lounge for one-on-one dialogue, plenty of retail display shelving, and a group instructional room for formal educational seminars and classes.
Private Residence. Pathway as seen from closer up focusing on an arrangement of large boulders in the foreground.

Private Garden

ft3 developed a landscape master plan for a private residence. The plan included a reconfigured and enhanced pedestrian approach and driveway, including a custom gabion trellis, a redesigned backyard with a fire pit area set into a berm, a new deck layout, and accommodations for a future pool. An annotated landscape site, planting, and grading plan were completed for our client in order to obtain quotes from local contractors.
Ecole Provencher Schoolyard. An aerial view of the entire schoolyard including a green space, slides, plantings, umbrellas and seating area, hopscotch, and tarmac.

École Provencher, Schoolyard Refresh

Completed
Public engagement was a driving force for the École Provencher Schoolyard Redevelopment project. In order to better understand how the schoolyard could be improved, the École Provencher’s Parent Advisory Council (PAC) engaged staff, students, parents and the local community to participate in online and in class surveys.

Cool Gardens

“Keep Your Cool” takes inspiration from the essential summertime activity of cloud gazing. Cloud glazing’s passive nature—finding a patch of grass, laying down, and watching the sky—is restorative and revitalizing to people’s mental wellness. As clouds slowly move and melt into one another, people’s imaginations create infinite possibilities of shapes, ideas, thoughts, and narratives.
Le P'tit Bonheur Daycare Yard. View from the northeast corner of the yard.

Le P'tit Bonheur Daycare Play Yard

Completed
ft3 prepared a conceptual master plan to expand the existing undeveloped daycare yard into a learning environment for play and discovery. The task was to develop a cohesive graphic vision that addressed the daycare's wish list.
École Précieux-Sang, Schoolyard Refresh. Natural Play Area & Field

École Précieux-Sang, Schoolyard Refresh

Completed
École Précieux-Sang houses K to Grade 8 students and daycare, both in need to have their small, yet highly used, play space rehabilitated.
