The design for The Oaks on St. Mary's focused on a clean and modern white façade punctuated by playful, partially inset balconies that allow privacy, shelter, and views of the surrounding nature and landscape. Clean and modern design elements also form the foundation of the interior environments.

300 Assiniboine

At 25-storeys and 234 units, 300 Assiniboine soars above the avenue’s treeline, paying homage to its local context: the urban park by connecting the high-rise to the neighbouring Bonnycastle Park through a two-storey east-facing glazed lobby and protected, spacious entry plaza.

The Living Gospel Church partnered with Manitoba Housing to further their already long-standing history of supporting immigrant and refugee families by providing affordable housing for 38 families as well as catering to community support services.

The central hub of the complex creates a warm and welcoming downtown with inviting amenities and gathering spaces. The natural light and links to the outdoors, and new units designed thoughtfully with attention to spatiality, materiality, quality of light and air, creates comfortable and healthy environments for residents to enjoy.
