At 25-storeys and 234 units, 300 Assiniboine soars above the avenue’s treeline, paying homage to its local context: the urban park by connecting the high-rise to the neighbouring Bonnycastle Park through a two-storey east-facing glazed lobby and protected, spacious entry plaza.
