With a background in project administration, Naomi Ratushniak uncovered new ways to apply her skills and knowledge at ft3. Operating as contract administrative support staff, she helps the team prepare various documentation to support projects across the Health & Wellness, Multi-family Housing and Corporate Office areas.

Naomi enjoys ft3’s commitment to teamwork and collaboration. She appreciates the opportunity to work with different disciplines, finding immense satisfaction in coordinating with construction officers, external consultants and project owners while tracking all the paperwork for authorizations and monetary values to ensure a successful project delivery.

Through projects such as Rest Haven Personal Care Home, Klinic, Ronald McDonald House and St. Boniface Emergency Department, Naomi continues to hone her contract administrative skills, including helping develop project-building test plans for installing new software applications. She hopes to see the industry proliferate its use of technology and software, helping decrease consumption during the design and construction process.
