While Brenda Thompson started in contract administration, she quickly expanded her skillset to become the firm’s Specification Writer, completing Red River College's Interpreting Blueprints certification and the Construction Specification Canada's (CSC) Principles of Construction Documentation in 2008, including CSC’s Specifier One and Specifier Two courses.

Since joining the firm, Brenda has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to developing and executing professional documentation. Clients and contractors alike appreciate her attention to detail and transparent, effective communication style that encourages successful project deliveries.

Brenda enjoys working on projects that positively enhance the fabric of the city. While she has worked on many projects at ft3, a few highlights include the Grace Hospital Emergency Department redevelopment, the 300 Assiniboine new build, and the BDO Office renovation and relocation.
