While Ralf Owzarek grew up in North Kildonan in Winnipeg, MB, he developed an interest in building and constructing. Whether it was creating something new or repurposing an older item, Ralf's affinity led him to the construction industry, where he undertook various roles, including a carpenter, supervisor, and project manager.

After spending over 37 years on the construction side, including working on ft3-related projects, such as St. Boniface General Hospital and Seven Oaks General Hospital, Ralf wanted to switch gears and explore the design side. 

Ralf joined ft3 as a Senior Contract Administrator in 2023, lending his previous experience as a general contractor managing the development of schools and hospitals to the firm's areas of expertise. Finally, his detailed nature and love of innovation create a crucial balance for maintaining cost and value on our clients' projects.
