As a team, Economic Development Winnipeg, Yes! Winnipeg and Tourism Winnipeg bring the desired vibrancy to the city's landscape. Acting as the client representative, Colliers Project Management retained ft3 to establish a test fit for the Economic Development team.

Located on the eighth floor of the Richardson Centre, the design concept leverages views of Downtown Winnipeg and the Assiniboine River to emulate the energy and efforts of these organizations.

Part of the project's scope involved managing the expectations of staff members. As staff moved from a traditional office environment into a contemporary open space, it remained critical to maintain a high level of communication between the design and client teams to champion design changes and build excitement. 

These discussions also covered acoustics in the new office, with material selection and technology focused on absorbing sound and mitigating noise. 
Winnipeg Economic Development & Tourism's office now reflects the organization's brand identity with informed selections and finishes. The delivery of this corporate-inspired colour and material package provides an ongoing tool for establishing large communal staff spaces, bench-style workstations, and soft seating areas in the office.
