The pursuit of why has influenced and shaped Maximilian Eshuk’s professional career. After graduating from the University of Manitoba’s Environmental Design program, he gravitated toward the construction process, aiming to explore the intricacies behind realizing the built form. 

Maximilian join ft3’s contract administration team to bridge the gap between his understanding of the abstract world of design with the realities of construction. Maximilian has worked on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects, like the new Portage Regional Health Centre and Phase 2 of the Workers Compensation Board Global Office Renovations, assisting with problem-solving, contract processes, and specification components.

With each new project, Maximilian leverages his strengths in creative thinking, technical comprehension, and transparent communication to advance the design intent. For Maximilian, emphasizing why is what helps champion accessible, inclusive, and sustainable human environments, ensuring that good design positively impacts everyone.
