With over 35 years of experience in the building industry, Harry Schroeder has spent time in the roles of owner, consultant and contractor. Now a Senior Contract Administrator with ft3, his varied background provides a formidable recipe of fairness and balance when approaching this role.

While Harry acquired his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba in 1988, he continued expand his industry knowledge by completing certifications and programming related to construction documentation and clean energy. He enjoys contract administration the most though, as the work is multi-disciplined, diverse, and an opportunity to use the skills and experiences he's developed over the years. Not to mention, a significant portion of the role requires problem-solving, which he highly enjoys.

Since joining ft3, Harry has immersed himself in the firm’s collaborative and team-oriented nature, valuing the unique perspectives and skillsets of everyone at the firm. He understands his role begins at a critical juncture—when design meets construction—and finds it incredibly rewarding to facilitate the transition of bringing a building from drawings to an actual physical structure.
