With 15 years of commercial construction experience, Evan’s role as contract administrator at ft3 was an easy transition. His collaborative approach and methodical communication skills have gained him the respect from colleagues and clients alike. Evan’s responsibilities include client/contractor liaison, site reviews, preparation and evaluation of costs, work schedule coordination, preparation of change notices, change orders and payment certificates, final inspections, and year-end warranty inspections. Evan has performed diverse duties such as overseeing the completion of three separate, integrated health centers for a combined value of $61 million to maintaining a good and fruitful relationship with all our clients.

Evan was born in Regina and moved to Winnipeg with his family in 1984, a place he has called home ever since. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at Red River College in 2001 and his Principals of Construction Documentation and Construction Contract Administration in 2010 and has utilized his education in providing the firm with solutions to complex, challenging, and impactful projects.

He specializes in our health and wellness portfolio and believes in the power of providing his services to improve communities and their needs while also coordinating the best outcomes for the firm. Some of his most noteworthy projects include Dauphin Regional Health Centre’s Emergency Department, God’s Lake Nursing Station, Dakota Fieldhouse, and Canadian Mennonite University Library’s Marpeck Commons. Evan enjoys the logistical and analytic part of his profession and as a former contractor is always excited for site reviews of projects he undertakes.

Outside of work, Evan can be found enjoying games of all his favorite sports and he hopes to keep honing his skills and climbing the professional ladder in the upcoming years.
